This workshop is designed for individuals who are in the process of taking over or are the decision makers in your business. This is NOT for entry level employees or employees with no future leadership position within your company. The program’s content is geared towards owners, future owners, and decision makers. IJO will be vetting all attendees to make sure they fit the target demographic. IJO will be building from last year’s event, participants from last year’s program are welcome.
Participation is limited to 40 IJO stores. The cost for the first attendee per store is FREE, additional attendees or guest may attend for $500 per person. Education, food, beverages, and entertainment are all included! Transportation and hotel rooms are the attendee's responsibility. IJO has negotiated a great rate of $289 per night single/double (if you require 2 queen beds, the rate is $309 per night). All hotel reservations MUST be booked through IJO as we have a room block. A travel registration form for hotel reservation info will be sent to accepted applicants.
All applicants will be vetted to ensure proper qualification. You will receive notification within five business days to confirm your spot for the workshop.
